Kenneth S. Marley
Dedicated. Diligent. Hard-working. Aggressive, when necessary.
For more than thirty years Ken Marley has been representing clients in Court in this way.
Born in Sarnia, but raised in Essex County, Ken graduated from Kingsville District High School in 1981.
He studied politics at McMaster University in Hamilton and law at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. Since being called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 1990 he has based his practice in Windsor but has represented clients throughout Southwestern Ontario and beyond. For a time he was a federal prosecutor (primarily dealing with controlled drugs offences) and has also done administrative and civil litigation work.
For the past twenty-five years, though, Ken's practice has been devoted exclusively to representing persons and corporations charged with criminal and regulatory offences. He works primarily in Windsor, Sarnia, and Chatham (and keeps offices in each city for the convenience of his clients) and has conducted Trials and Appeals in London, Toronto, and elsewhere throughout the province.
He represents accused persons charged with Highway Traffic Act and minor Criminal Code offences all the way up to the most serious controlled drugs and personal injury charges and has conducted over a dozen homicide trials.
For each client, however, Ken applies the same approach. He understands how important each client's case is to them.
John Semaan
Born and raised in Windsor Ontario, John graduated from Holy Names High School in 2017.
He studied Undergraduate Law and Politics at the University of Windsor and went to Law School at Western Law, in London Ontario.
John has been working for Ken Marely since his first year summer at Western Law and continues to work for Ken since he was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 2025.
John, like Ken, practices in a dedicated, diligent, hard-working manner and is aggressive when necessary.
